The company tests, hires, and trains people to fill positions in a variety of administrative, clerical, information technology, technical, and professional fields. It also provides onsite payroll and other administrative services, helps companies monitor employee performance, and does high-volume recruiting for special projects. CEO and owner Karenjo Goodwin started the business in 1996.
