Loftium is a Seattle startup that helps renters live in premium homes at an affordable rate in high-cost cities like Seattle (and now Portland and Denver) by managing an on-site Airbnb. Landlords get guaranteed multi-year leases at above market rate with no extra work, a true win-win. Mission: We're on a mission to make living in cities affordable. Loftium is a group of Airbnb hosts, renters, and homeowners who believe that anyone should have the opportunity to live profitably.
