We store, blend, haul and sell a diverse mix of performance grade asphalt through 34 liquid asphalt and emulsion terminals in the eastern U S. Our facilities service the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern states within the PADD 1 region of the U.S., which is the most densely populated PADD region. Through our Bituminous Technologies business, we provide asphalt testing services through our labs in New Jersey, Georgia and Florida. Associated Asphalt employs approximately 300 people in its Maryland, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida locations. The company is headquartered in Roanoke, Virginia.
