Regency Commercial Associates wants to be king of the strip. Doing business as Regency Properties, the company acquires, develops, owns, leases, and manages commercial property. It owns more than two dozen community shopping centers; about 20 of them are in its home state of Indiana, and the rest are in Alabama, Illinois, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Together, they comprise approximately 2 million sq. ft. of commercial space. Regency Properties also owns an office complex and land. Affiliate Regency Management Services acquires, develops, owns, and manages apartment communities in Indiana and Illinois.
