Midwest Special Services, Inc. (MSS) is a private, nonprofit corporation founded in 1949 as a support group for parents of children who had cerebral palsy. The agency was originally known as United Cerebral Palsy of Greater St. Paul. Today, the agency operates two main programs: Vocational Services and the Program DT&H. MSS is a CARF accredited, agency that has been serving adults with disabilities for over 66 years. We have six locations around the Twin Cities area that include St. Paul, Oakdale, Apple Valley, Eagan, Shoreview and Brooklyn Park.
