Phoenix provides acute Skilled Nursing through Home Health Services; Private Duty Nursing to Children with Special Needs; Privately Paid Services such as nursing, nurse-aide or companion level assistance with activities of daily living from a few hours a day to around-the-clock care; State funded In-home Services (homemaker chores, errands and shopping, personal care, education, medication set-ups and reminders; and Consumer Directed Services where Phoenix serves as a state vendor to provide administrative support services. Services are offered in Missouri in Greater Springfield and Branson, Kansas City, Columbia, Jefferson City, Lebanon, Sedalia, Southeast Missouri, and St. Louis. Additionally, PHC has offices in Wichita KS, Topeka KS, Overland Park KS, Loveland CO, Denver CO, and Montrose CO.
