DocASAP provides the leading patient access and engagement platform for health systems, health plans and physician groups. The platform addresses one of healthcare’s biggest challenges – access to care – by helping navigate patients and members to the right provider and care setting at the right time. Our CEO and co-founder Puneet Maheshwari was inspired to create DocASAP after spending 5 hours in the emergency room with his son for his ear infection when he could not find a specialist right away. He thought there had to be a better way for patients to find available doctors. Since our founding in 2012, we have grown at a remarkable pace that we can only attribute to the positive attitude and strong family spirit of the team that powers our company and the success of our clients. Mission: Healthcare has traditionally been challenging to navigate, resulting in costly inefficiencies, gaps in care and a frustrating patient experience.
