(JHA); A civil engineering and surveying firm in Newark, Ohio with over 30 professionals providing high quality services to state, municipal, federal and private sector clients. JHA has served Ohio and surrounding states since 1965 and has built a reputation for being a quality-oriented, dependable, and client-focused firm.
