RedPeak acquires, develops and manages apartments in Denver and along Colorado’s Front Range. We hold a portfolio of more than 43 apartment communities that are located in downtown Denver and throughout the greater Denver metropolitan area, including Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center, Central Denver and Littleton. In total, we currently manage more than 3000 apartments. Our approach to creating distinctive living environments and producing positive financial results starts with identifying under-managed communities in desirable locations. We then invest in those communities in two ways: With capital, to obtain and improve the physical assets, and with the efforts of our outstanding property management teams to create friendly, cohesive communities.
