Sila Heating & Air Conditioning

Sila was started in 1989 by Jack Rothacker, a third-generation heating and air conditioning professional who took the company from a family business to one of the largest and most respected regional heating and air conditioning companies in the northeast. Despite its incredible success, Sila remains a family business at heart. Many of the original "way back"​ team still work side by side. And Steve Rothacker continues to lend his expertise and support to the business as mentor and an important voice on Sila's Board Of Directors.
