Clancy & Theys Construction covers construction in the Carolinas and beyond. The company, which specializes in commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings, works primarily in the southeastern US. The general contractor and construction manager's project portfolio includes churches and cultural buildings, sports facilities, laboratories, schools and universities, distribution/warehouse centers, offices, and retail buildings. Founded in 1949 by brothers-in-law E. I. Clancy and John Theys, the firm is now owned by Clancy's family and is managed by his sons, Tim and Tick Clancy. The company has three North Carolina offices, as well as locations in Florida and Virginia.
