SHHS is a Medicare-Certified, TJC -Accredited Home Health Agency that has been in business for 28 years providing the highest quality care to its patients while at the same time employing dedicated caregivers. Over the years we have consistently expanded the types of services we offer and the areas these services are delivered. In addition to providing traditional adult Home Health Care services, we have developed Heart Failure Disease Management, Palliative Care, Wound Care, Lymphedema, Tele-Health, Geriatric Care Management, Gero-Psychiatric, and Oncology Home Health Care programs to better address the needs of the patients we care for.
