Hamilton Partners invests in, develops, leases, and manages commercial real estate in Chicago and Salt Lake City. The company has a portfolio of some 50 office and industrial properties totaling more than 20 million sq. ft. of space in and around the Windy City. The company also owns about five outdoor retail centers. Among its signature properties is the Riverwalk, a complex of two interconnected office towers with more than 500,000 sq. ft. of space in Chicago's suburbs. In addition, Hamilton Partners operates about a half-dozen mixed-use office and retail projects and an industrial property in Salt Lake City.
