Founded in 1935 the charitable organization manages approximately 52,000 rental homes throughout England and Scotland. Home Group's Stonham division offers care and support to more than 20,000 people in need, including the homeless, refugees, the elderly, victims of domestic violence, and people with mental or physical difficulties. Live Smart is Home Group's non-charitable arm, providing middle-market rental homes. Home Group Developments offers homes for sale, especially in regeneration areas.
