The big difference at Majestic is our people. We only employ people who are friendly, enthusiastic and refreshingly down-to-earth. The world of wine can be a little stuffy but Majestic never is. But that doesn't mean our people don't know their stuff; everyone who works at Majestic will be trained professionally and accredited by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET). We're eager to learn because we're all personally passionate about wine. We live and breathe it and we taste our fair share too whether that's in store or at exclusive tasting events. We believe that a visit to Majestic should be a very special experience and we always try to go the extra mile. Our staff carry purchases to customers cars and make deliveries personally using company vans. Working for Majestic is hard work as selling lots of wine is quite physical but hard work is rewarded. New Trainee Managers should expect to be Store Managers in 2-3 years and we promote from within to fill internal vacancies. Mission: Majestic aims to be the nation's favourite wine specialist. We stock wines for every occasion. Our range is innovative, vibrant and diverse whilst representing the best quality and value. With some of the best trained people in the business, we share our enthusiasm and expertise to encourage our customers to explore the world of wine.
