The Remedy Group was founded in 2005 by Chris Drashner and Erica Rothman. With 10 years of combined recruiting experience they decided to leave the firm they co-managed and start a firm of their own in order to deliver the highest quality service to their clients and candidates. The goal was to form a boutique firm focused nationally on specialty, home infusion and long term care pharmacy and becoming, not only the industry leader, but the industry expert in this niche market. Their expertise in this industry and ability to form relationships with industry leaders has been the driving force behind their success. With over 300 clients throughout the country The Remedy Group has expanded their business to include managed care organizations and hospitals. They remain small in staff in order to provide a personal connection to each and every client and candidate they work with, and to ensure their team delivers the highest quality service.
