The People Group was born in 1989, with our offices based in the heart of Dublin’s Silicon Docks. Over the years the company has developed a strong and recognisable recruitment brand among the Sales, Marketing, Digital and Commercial communities. We have a strong culture and heritage of providing solid career advice and ‘Match making’ at the highest levels across multiple industries and disciplines. Our People provide a range of services including recruitment, training, business coaching, interview & CV advice. We are extremely well networked, combining the traditional craft of recruitment with a modern digital interface. However, we are not a high volume house and prefer to focus on a quality offering and solution. Our firm is often described as a ‘Place to have an adult conversation about your career’. Mission:
