At IntelyCare, we believe there’s a better way. A better way for Healthcare Heroes to do the work they love. And for facilities to engage and find the professionals they need to fill their shifts and make sure their patients are well cared for. It began with a not so simple idea: rethink the healthcare staffing model. It all started when Chris Caulfied and Ike Nnah met while working together at a nursing facility. Chris was a floor nurse and union representative looking for an answer to help his understaffed, burned-out team. Ike was working as a tech administrator who believed some of these same challenges could be fixed by applying the right innovation. Together, along with David Coppins, and Prince Nnah, they developed IntelyCare to give nursing professionals control over their schedules and healthcare facilities the power to find the experienced staff they need.
