Triple Five has the 411 on the big two. The real estate development company, controlled by the secretive Ghermezian family, has its hands in some of the world's largest malls -- the West Edmonton Mall in Canada and Mall of America in Minneapolis. The company develops, owns, and manages other properties around the world including amusement complexes, casinos, hotels, and residential, commercial, and industrial real estate. But it doesn't stop there. Triple Five also is involved in venture capital, banking, biotechnology, and natural resource development throughout North America. The company also teams with Native American tribes to explore natural resources and develop gaming properties.
