It delivers products made by the likes of Dynatronics, Welch Allyn, and Smith & Nephew. In addition to its distribution businesses, the company makes and distributes vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements through its Pan American Labs subsidiary. The company was founded in 1980 by brothers Carlos and Jorge de C?spedes.
