One way to become a cornerstone of the community is to build the homes that everybody wants to live in. Cornerstone Communities builds and develops homes within residential communities in and around San Diego. The company builds multifamily residences, as well as single-family detached houses, including semi-custom homes; it has offerings in more than a half-dozen San Diego-area developments. Chairman and CEO Ure Kretowicz and president Michael Sabourin founded Cornerstone Communities in 1994.
