Kepner-Tregoe

Kepner-Tregoe provides management consulting and executive development services to clients in such industries as aerospace, consumer products manufacturing, financial services, and information technology. Through its years of research on effective management, the company trains organizations in their decision-making and management processes. Its training services include corporate on-site training and public workshops, as well as workforce development programs delivered through community and technical colleges in the US and Canada. Former RAND Corporation researchers Charles Kepner and Benjamin Tregoe started the firm in 1958.
