We are an agency that works with developmentally disabled adults, providing them with the supports necessary for them to be a contributing members of their chosen communities. We are not just a team of experts that make decisions for the individual, but a team of facilitators, cheerleaders and coaches that assist with developing and maintaining circles of support, appointments, grocery shopping?. whatever it takes. We will work with the individual and others they choose to find the best supports for them to live side by side in the community with their non-disabled peers.
