CODAC is one of Arizona?s oldest and most respected community providers of specialty care for mental illness, addiction and trauma. What began as a grassroots drug abuse prevention program has grown into a multi-faceted organization that provides services across the entire spectrum of behavioral health care. Through 13 service locations and over 450 staff and volunteers, CODAC now serves more than 15,000 individuals and families each year. CODAC is a nonprofit 501(C)(3) organization. We are here to help you meet your mental health, substance abuse, trauma, primary care and general wellness goals. A variety of treatment professionals will partner with you to develop a plan and take positive steps toward a healthy, productive, caring life in recovery from a mental illness, substance use disorder and/or trauma. In addition to our behavioral health care services, we now offer primary care, allowing us to care for individuals? and families? whole health care needs.
