The Norman-Spencer Agency, Inc., is a leading national insurance provider. We serve the insurance industry as a Wholesaler and a Program Administrator. Today we have over 160 employees and 10 offices spread through out the country. While we're in Insurance - We are different than our counterparts! We work hard to achieve our goals and we have FUN while we do it. Our growing internship programs keeps us feeling youthful. At 5 o'clock on any given day you may hear some trash talking ping pong players having a beer and trying to make it on the leader board. You will see your fair share of Buffalos - yes Buffalos. They are our Presidents favorite animal - they represent Strength, Agility and Endurance! You will hear your share fair of laughter because we really do try to add FUN into everything we do! We even give all full time employees 20 VTO's - Volunteer Time Off hours so that employees can be out in our community making a difference.
