The company's CosmoCall Universe program tracks and manages customers' phone calls, voice mails, faxes, chat room sessions, and e-mails, and ties the various media together through the Internet. The company also provides related services such as consulting, support, training, maintenance, and installation. In 2011 Enghouse acquired CosmoCom for about $20 million in cash.
