This online enterprise tracks down things to do all around town. CityGrid Media operates Citysearch, an online provider of local entertainment and business listings, operating city-specific websites covering major metropolitan areas. In 2010 the company changed its name from Citysearch to CityGrid Media; however, the name of its flagship Citysearch site remains unchanged. The name change reflects the company's new identity as a local content and advertising network that reaches consumers through Citysearch, as well as through its Insider Pages (business reviews) and the Urbanspoon (restaurant reviews) Web properties. CityGrid Media is part of Barry Diller's Internet conglomerate IAC/InterActiveCorp (IAC).
