Julie was a micro manager but not in a good way. Constantly gaslighting employees n customers alike. She would force her staff to put old food on the line day after day until it was gone. Fired a guy for throwing out old hashbrowns cause he refused to serve them. Training n correction was her hollering n screaming so loud every1 could hear. The white cashiers were trained to count $ but the African American cashier wasn't. Cashiers who worked longer was pd less than white cashiers that just started work n the African american cashiers had to train the white cashiers after training she wud cut the black cashiers hrs n give them to the white workers. Never work with this woman ever. She claims to be progressive but she's anything but. She encourages a toxic work environment by allowing bullying, sexual harassment, misogyny, and cultural insensitivity.
