Paul Kelly

Recently I had a very negative experience in dealing with Paul. One of our team members rented a small truck vs. a van to deliver a rush-order to a client. Instead of getting charged $.29 a mile he was instead charged $.99 a mile, causing a charge for over $2000 for using a beaten down old U-haul. After getting the run around with lower management, I was given Paul Kelly's contact info. When I got ahold of Paul he was curt with me. Instead of stepping up to the plate to do the right thing, Paul cited the "rules" and was unwavering. I noted that Paul's team thought our charges were exorbitant and unreasonable, nevertheless Paul stuck to the letter of the law in U-hauls book and sent me packing. I left the conversation feeling aggrieved. Over $2000 to drive an old, inexpensive U-haul that arguably is even worth much more than $2000 to purchase. I've decided to go out and buy our own fleet of vehicles instead of ever giving U-haul our business again.
