My experience with Anthony was not a positive one. Anthony clearly understand the rules and procedures of U-haul. On a recorded call, which the teleprompter offers to provide a copy to you after, Anthony cited rules that placed our business in a tough position and were overlooked by us. Instead of making his customer whole, Anthony made a decision that kept our company in a bind. Now U-haul has lost a customer for life, which I have a distinct feeling that they could care less about.
