Bennett Carroccio, Ben serves as President of OurSquare, Inc. Mr. Carroccio co-founded OTEC and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. After creating the first online employment job board for his firm, he went on to co-found HotJobs Inc. After his success with mass market employment products, he was eager to develop products for a more selective market. After acquiring TheSquare in 2001, he went about rebuilding the site and expanding its services to include SquareJobs and SquareDating with the goal of extending the advantages of TheSquare's prestigious member network to online dating and career development. With over 14 years in the executive staffing and consulting fields and a degree in computer science, he as a pioneer in online recruitment. His energy, intelligence, creativity and drive get everyone around him excited about the project at hand!
