I had him do some small work at a property I had recently purchased and while he finished the work in decent time and was overly helpful and personable I felt it was a bit shady and come to find out he had actually been decieivng me regarding his knowledge on specific items on the property and the contents they held. In the end I receive a phone call that surprised me with physical proof that he was robbing me on the right while drawing my attention the left..later I found out that I wasn't the only one there have been a few others who didn't and or don't know about his cooked ways hidden under his charming manipulations. All in all his work was through and done in a timely manner and I would have given him 4 stars except I didn't ask him to do any work that had theft in the description. So there's my review just for a bit of knowledge
