Disappointed and disgruntled Upper management breathes fire down employees necks. Talks down on us. Expects us to act and understand procedures as if we already knew. Has high expectations for their employees yet no regard. There is a toxic wall between employees and upper management where I feel people are actually afraid of them and that?s unhealthy. Hours are ridiculously long and this ?clock in clock out? needs to go away. You will feel used and under appreciated. The owner of the company acts like he cares but will treat you like you are nothing.
