Avoid at all costs Avoid at all costs. This is one of those companies that does not even provide cubicles to their employees (they must not have the money to invest on that). Everyone is out in the open with no privacy and everyone is constantly talking. The first day I was hired (while shadowing) I was told by another employee "this company is a revolving door". HR will sugarcoat everything about the company until they start overloading you with work for very low wages. Training is non existent(processes and procedures are not documented, so you are walking in taking your chances). Many employees are being moved to fill vacant spots because people bail out constantly. And learning about chargebacks is a rather boring concept. This is probably an ok place for younger professionals to stay a few months or a year, get some experience and move on. Advice to mid-career professionals: by pass and look elsewhere for better employment.
