Employment Specialist The pay is low. Those in senior management positions are some of the worst people you'll ever meet. Contradictory management, goals and vision. It is clear sr. management doesn't know how to provide guidance. Unfortunately, theres cliques of people who are unwilling to recognize their shortcomings and turn gossip to venom. Away from the food pantry, the community will not trust you. Dripping with corruption (the client success is false), no real strategic plan, revolving door of qualified staff: inspired, driven, & smart people leave as soon as they realize that this is versus those who can not get employment.
