They swear this is the end all be all... you will be SEVERELY UNDERPAID compared to your job title in other industries. If you do NOT embrace them, they will try everything to get you out the door. The toxic culture cannot be put in to words, by the end of it my anxiety was through the roof. Management will do everything to be kept in the good graces, YOU WILL NOT RECOGNIZED FOR YOUR WORK! If it?s between giving you work that actually falls under you OR giving it to their friend, so ownership does not see that they add no value to the company. YOU WILL NOT BE GETTING IT, no matter how incompetent the clique is
