Run for the Hills! This company has an extremely high employee turn over rate, and this is for good reasons. The company works with amazing creative talent. However, it doesn't make up for all of the company's shortcomings. Senior Management is promoted to high-level positions within the company without development or leadership training. As a result, when an experienced employee is hired to do a job. Management is unable to identify the potential and match the right people with the right challenges. The company's operations team lacks training and skillset to solve minor issues. In most cases, small problems that can easily be solved become urgent matters. There isn't a human resources department. As a result, there are no fair policies or practices in place to protect you as an employee. Employees are not encouraged to address issues or concerns with other colleagues directly. The work culture fosters an environment of inappropriate behavior, petty drama, and toxic emails leading to a hostile workplace for many. Employees are labeled "difficult" for merely seeking respect and common courtesy. If you care about your mental health, stay away from this company. Do not be deceived by the beautiful office and the friendly smiles. Run for the hills.
