Don't work here! No onboarding process or formal training. I came from a bigger agency that was located in the same building- which I was 10x happier at but was forced to move to another agency due to downsizing. Everyone said they were willing to help, but they really weren't. Very clique-y amongst the peers (even upper management). I was miserable there. No one explained anything and my supervisor had no respect for anyone underneath her. She was evil and assumed everyone made a lot of money to just take an Uber to work and did not understand when someone was 15 minutes late. Coming from a large agency, I thought that a smaller agency would be more intimate and give you better training. My peers were unhelpful as well. Happiest decision I made was to leave.
