Toxic and bad energy environment The Clinic is not what it used to be, sadly three people from C-suite is bringing the place down. Only the top tier benefits from the salary increases, the favoritism is ridiculous, it is so obvious that it makes you want to leave the place the next day. You work hard but it's never enough, their excuse is " we like over achievers" No, the truth is, people is leaving and you ended up with more work and more demands, for the same amount of money. Also, if this particular person doesn't like you, she makes sure you know it and makes your work environment and everybody else's very uncomfortable.
