Don't get too comfortable... Once you dig deeper, you realize that the entire operation is run by incompetent, erratic decision making by the owner. I was let go for literally no reason. HR told me that the owner decided that he only wants one buyer, and I came later, so by seniority, I'm ousted. I was called into the conference room on a Monday morning at 10:00 am while in the middle of a conversation with a customer, and I was out of the store, all packed up by 11:00 am. They don't waste time, except while trying to get productive things done, like medical insurance plans, 401k plans, and other necessary benefits that they should offer. The company owner is corrupt and a psychopath. He doesn't know how to operate himself, let alone his company. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would.
