BEWARE Management and HR is so full of themselves. Don?t really care about the employees as long as they aren?t being scrunitinized. There?s no protocol when it comes to handing situations HR doesn?t ensure the validity of anything and it?s like the managers are in control where HR is supposed to be the driving force . Poor management skills effects the employees attitudes and behavior and work ethic. As well as they will overwork good employees without compensation and then not care about firing you after all your best efforts and hard work has been given to keep them afloat.
