Complete chaos Management does not listen and everyone thinks they are above each other. No proper training. travel agents and office manager acting as top of the pyramid means management is extremely lacking in skills of how to manage. Too many employees and managers are involved in too many projects so there isn?t any coherent order of account management. Top management is non existent. High turnover. Low salary. No benefits. No offices. No travel benefits. Employees are being taken advantage of by incompetent country directors. No advancement opportunities. No respect to employees who are disregarded in spite of trying to benefit the company by contributing ideas and hard work. All company cares about is money. How to save money is more important than how to create more business when the initiative comes from low scale employees who are considered irrelevant.
