Disappointing and discouraging... The owners were upbeat and positive when clients were around but were very dismissive, rude and inconsiderate behind closed doors. I was told to "go flip burgers if you don't like our leadership" and threatened me with ILLEGAL EMPLOYER ACTIONS i.e. to cut my pay in half from my last check because they were not communicative and got offended that I quit a week later. They piled on more responsibilities without addressing compensation like I asked, or commission that other employees had, when they made payroll changes, without communicating them. Overall, they were greed and demanded a lot, which I did without hesitation, while they could not even be kind or considerate.
