Don?t apply. Don?t continue interviewing. You?ll regret it. TERRIBLE PAY! Upper management couldn?t care less about their employees and they don?t even know what they?re doing. Unless you make a mistake, everything you do will go unnoticed. There is no room to grow and by the time you maybe could you?ll just want to get out of there. Nobody there is happy, it?s a miserable environment. Speaking of environment, the office is disgusting. Filthy bathrooms, rat traps everywhere, completely unorganized. The job also includes a lot of physical labor (which they like to leave out) so be prepared to carry a lot of heavy stuff! The vacation/sick policy and bonuses are a complete JOKE. Tech support couldn?t be more useless. HR won?t help you and will just shuffle you around. The CEO had a meeting with the company where he claimed he didn?t care about money. The very next day we had to take a snow day which was taken from our vacation days. Guess he does care about money!
