Great - if you don't mind being treated like dirt.
-Management seems to treat other staff terriblySome of management tends to be sneaky. Will try to do things without your knowledge. One person will tell you to do something, realize it was a huge mistake, then try to blame you for it because you did exactly what she said. Will also try to cover up mistakes.ou are forced to clock in and out including when you are doing work related chores. Singapore (management) does not get to see what is happening in the US office (they only come in a few times a year for a few days). They will ask how things are going but most people aren't going to say they are miserable for fear they will get fired for no reason).No human resources for US office (this is a huge problem in my book).Those who have children can't afford to get them covered on the insurance plan (but the insurance plan is incredible for self) Management will "take you" out to lunch then make you pay for your meal (be prepared for that).Employees have to attend mandatory birthday lunches and have to pay for their own and split the price of the birthday person's lunch, card & cake). Can sometimes be expensive depending on what the birthday person orders.Some employees are allowed to show up late, take long lunches, then leave early (and not have to make up the time while other employees do).Can sometimes get a bit noisy especially when it is cold/flu season (walls are thin, lower level staff are sitting on top of each other).Some but not all staff is extremely over worked and come in very early to get their work done.No where to go in the company, they do not hire from within (are constantly seeking new hires/huge turnover rate).Management excessively wastes money, but then demands that employees cut back because they are spending to much and don't have a big enough profit.Does not take suggestions under advisement even when they specifically ask for suggestions.
