It Is All One Big Lie. Behind closed doors the nonprofit?s Executives give instructions to discriminate against those who are part of the LGBTQ community. When an Autistic Adult decides to enroll at the nonPareil institute, they are doing so greatly based on the impression that they will become gainfully employed by the nonPareil Institute. However, out of the thousands of Autistic Adults who have enrolled at nonPareil at some point less than 15 have ever been hired on salary. One of nonPareil?s slogans until recently was ?Putting Autism to work?. Also, the salaries of nonPareil?s employees exhibit a major discrepancy between those who are Autistic and those who are Neurotypical. My salary was drastically less than those in similar job descriptions/positions, who were not Autistic.
