Its better then no job Don't believe the lie about them being one of "New Jersey's Best Places to Work". Look at the rankings SBS Group is not there. The CEO likes to yell and curse at and humiliate people in front of other people (like in a town hall meeting with all employees there) and is a tyrant. Senior management are pompous and would rather throw others under the bus instead of admitting their incompetence or helping out. For almost a year, half of the office was forced to come in on Saturdays (for no extra pay - how is this even legal?) to clean up a backlog of work. If you said you couldn't come in, you were threatened with getting fired. Health insurance is a joke. They only offer a HDHP which only kicks in after you spend $5000 out of pocket so its like not even having insurance. Vacation might be worse. You only get 10 days combined (vacation, sick and emergencies like you cant leave the house because of bad weather - again, how is this even legal?) so hope you don't get the flu or a stomach bug if you want a vacation.
