Micro management is a huge problem Micro management is a huge problem here that is never addressed. People are greedy and like to take credit wherever they can. They will take credit for work that they did not put in. Time here seems very subjective. There are people with the company for over 10 years and others that can't last 3 months. Managers don't seem to care at all about the well being and career growth of their direct reports, despite having multiple conversations about it. Little opportunity to progress and zero company culture. Very strange environment to be in every day.
