No knowledge of CA state law regarding employees or pay. Most, if not all questions I had about hours, sick time, and anything to do with pay - they always had to "look into it and get back to me" ... So with the new laws, I started researching it myself on CA's website, and because their emailed reply was an obvious "copy-paste" response - I had to WALK THEM THROUGH how the new sick hours worked for CA temporary/part-time employees, and explained to them how my check was still wrong... That was only ONE of MANY issues regarding pay and their lack of knowledge of CA state law.
