Not a good experience Wouldn't let me take any customers even after I was certified. Treated me as though I started in the car business for the first time with them when I had years under my belt with other companies. Would only let me take a customer if there was nobody else available. Favoritism to senior sales people. 20 sales people needed to get their share before I could. I closed almost every one I got (which they only let me take like 5) and still it wasn't enough. To top that off, charge backs/draws piled up to around 800, which means that whenever I were to sell a car, I would have had to pay that back. Management was not helpful at all, just blew me off every time I asked for anything. Growth isn't an option unless you're married into the family, or you are family of the owners.
